C+L CONTACTLESS CURBSIDE PICK UP IS

LAUNCHING AT DUNDURN LOCATION

As we navigate this NEW C+L, we are offering as much as we can produce with limited Loafers to ensure we are remaining safe and adhering to strict health and safety standards. We appreciate your patience and support throughout this time as we evolve and change to meet your needs for from scratch deliciousness. This will only be 1/4 of our regular daily menu and we hope to expand as we gain our footing with this new system.

We know you have mad love for our baking and especially our Easter line, we are certain that we will be able to grow

quickly but we will be taking this NEW C+L slowly.

• Reasons for the button being closed:

  • It's not 2pm Saturday or past 6pm on Friday : )

  • You're looking for a cake but it's past Tuesday at 5pm.

  • We are sold out!

  • All Pick up time slots have been filled.

  • Try the next day or hit that button earlier in the am to snag your faves!

• Our menu offerings are only available online on our Curbside platform.

  • Please note: This is all automated and there will be no one in the building answering phones or emails.

 

• All orders must go through our ONLINE ORDERING SYSTEM located on our Website www.cakeandloaf.ca to be fullfilled.

 

• A FEW NOTES:

• The listed items on the Curbside Pick Up platform are the ONLY items available at this time and we are unable to customize or make additions at this time.

 

• There will be an ever changing rotation of products as we evolve and gain our footing.

Other products that will NOT be available:

• Catering, Lunch items, Custom Cakes or any customization to cakes

• Check our BUTTERCREAM COLLECTION CAKES for cakes that you can choose from a list of colours!

CANCELLATIONS:

• Cake Cancellations must be made 4 days in advance to be fully refunded.

• All other products require 2 days notice to be fully refunded.

 

 

 

• Heads up y'all - EMAILS ARE DISABLED and will be auto responded with direction to the Curbside Ordering portal.

• We will be answering any cancellations.

Picking up your Order

CAR PICK UP OR WALK UP

PLEASE ADHERE TO YOUR PICK UP TIME SLOT.

• Upon placing your order, the first thing you will be asked is to choose your pick up time

​

• Our time slots are in 15 minute intervals and we are allowing 6 clients to pick up curbside with zero contact per 15 minute time slot

​

• Please be aware that we may make adjustments to your time by 15-75 minutes to keep everything organized and safe for curbside pick up - you will receive a confirmation email and SMS if your time is changed - please follow the instructions if there is a conflict

 

• Please arrive at our Dundurn Location - 321 Dundurn St South during your pick up window.

• AREAS TO PARK

  • 2 spots in our parking lot and street parking in front of Coldwell Banker or Earl Kitchener School

• Click the link in the SMS you received before your arrival.

  • Answer the questions and one of our Loafers will then pop outside and bring your order to your opened trunk or back door.

• Please remain in your vehicle for contactless placement of all things delicious!

WALK UP

• please stand in the designated area (marked on the sidewalk in front of the bakery to the right of the door)

• Click the link in the SMS you received before your arrival.

  • Answer the questions and select "Walk up" and one of our Loafers will then pop outside and place your order on the designated table outside.

• Please remain in your marked area and a Loafer will call out your number once placed on the table out front for contactless pick up of all things delicious!

• Check your bag for all items before leaving, please call 905-906-5460 immediately while in your car or outside the shop in the marked social distancing area

• If anything is amiss, we will give you further instruction.

 

• Be careful while driving or walking with your precious cargo, we accept no responsibility for damaged goods once placed safely in your vehicle by our Loafers or after pick up from the walk up pick up table.

• Sometimes we bake extra on the days that we are open. A list of these items can be found on social media stories and outside our shop on a sign.

• Feel free to WALK UP or Phone 289-389-6581 with your request and we will see if those items are available.
